Our Mission
Parkside Church exists to build bridges between people and Jesus.
Now, if anyone is enfolded into Christ, he has become an entirely new creation. All that is related to the old order has vanished. Behold, everything is fresh and new. And God has made all things new, and reconciled us to himself, and given us the ministry of reconciling others to God. In other words, it was through the Anointed One that God was shepherding the world, not even keeping records of their transgressions, and he has entrusted to us the ministry of opening the door of reconciliation to God. 2 Corinthians 5:17-19 (TPT)
Making Disciples
Ultimately we are creating disciples that love with reckless authenticity and live with relentless integrity. Jesus serves as the ultimate example of a bridge builder. Our spiritual identities in Jesus will grow stronger as we study scripture, worship together and serve others as we live and love like Jesus.
Experience - Connecting with God
On a regular basis, you could find Jesus in worship and prayer to the Father. The worship experience, in most cases, will be how people first engage with Parkside Church. From the very beginning, creating an excellent, engaging and intentional worship experience will be a top priority.
Community - Connecting with Others
Jesus spent his ministry in a small group environment. His example teaches that life is better in community. It will be critical to move people out of rows and into circles. With the same intentionality that we create an engaging worship experience, we will work to create safe spaces for people to work out their own faith in more intimate settings.
Opportunity - Connecting with Purpose
The practical form of Christ’s love was serving those around him. For Parkside Church, there will be no distinction between attending church and being the church. With great care and passion, high expectations for serving others will be set.
Platform - Connecting with Influence
Jesus utilized the platform that he had earned with others through relationships and serving to create moments for spiritual conversation. Building relationships and serving others are worthy pursuits but their aim should to influence others with life-changing truth.

Parkside Church is part of The Wesleyan Church. The Wesleyan Church is a network of churches across the world that values building bridges between people and Jesus by spreading hope and holiness throughout the world.
What This Means For Us
Being Wesleyan shapes how we live and love like Jesus. It means we believe God's grace is for everyone, that transformation happens from the inside out, and that faith always shows up in how we serve others. We're passionate about Scripture, we make room for the Holy Spirit, and we're committed to both personal growth and community impact.
